A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the third-party provider operating that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.

The site explains how to request Clark County records from the sheriff, courts, Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification, and Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is never assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
