1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site operated independently of government. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for a user.

We identify the offices that hold Clark County records, including the sheriff, criminal courts, Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification, and Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect readers with third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on avoiding all of the following conduct:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool may not be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Such conduct is prohibited and may be criminal. Idaho law restricts misuse of Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry data, and Idaho Code §67-3008 limits dissemination and redisclosure of criminal-history information. Registry data supports public safety awareness, never vigilante action or discriminatory treatment.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create background checks, credit reports, or other consumer reports. Our advertising partners likewise are not presented as services for applicant, renter, insurance, or credit decisions. Data from this site or a linked tool must not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

For a regulated purpose, use the Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification where authorized or a consumer reporting agency that complies with the FCRA.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing here is legal advice. General information about Clark County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, or expungement law applies to one set of facts. Consult an Idaho-licensed attorney for that advice.
